Payment

Jodisshoes.dk accepts payments with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard.

We do not charge card fees.

The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.

With Anyday, you can split your payment into 4 installments. You pay 25% when the goods are delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over the following 3 months. Anyday is free for you as long as you pay on time. With Anyday, you get an account that you can use at all webshops that offer payment through Anyday. Freight

 

The item can be delivered either to your address or to the nearest GLS parcel shop. We offer free shipping throughout Europe for all purchases over 999kr.

For all purchases under 999kr, the following shipping rates apply:

Pakkeshop in Denmark: 39 kr.

Home delivery DK: 39 kr.

Business delivery DK: 39 kr.

Europe: 39 kr.

World: 150 kr.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. If you have ordered several different goods in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

If the order consists of several deliveries or parts, the withdrawal period expires 100 days after the day you receive the last delivery or part.

 

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.


Exchange

You have a 14-day full return policy.

Exchanging for a different size or product is free of charge. Please contact us using the instructions below.

If you wish to exchange your goods for a different product or size, please contact us at customerservice@jodisshoes.com. You will then receive your free return label and return form by email.

 

Returning

Extended return period for Christmas! All orders can be returned until January 15th.

Please note: The entire order must be returned in its original packaging. This also means that if you received a gift with your order, it must also be returned. If you wish to keep the gift, its value will be deducted from your order.

Return costs 40 kr. You have a 14-day full return policy.

After you have dropped off the package at your nearest GLS parcel shop, you can track your package via your Track & Trace number.

Please note: It is important that the product is returned safely in a double box.

 

Returns from outside Denmark

You are responsible for the return shipping costs if you live outside of Denmark. It is important that you include your order number in the package. Send your package to the following address:

We only receive packages that are shipped directly to the address stated above.

 

The condition of the goods when you return them.

If the item has lost value because you have used it in a way that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, you can only get a partial refund. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

(We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.)

If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

 

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has been depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

 

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification that you wish to withdraw from the agreement.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

 

We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation proving that you have returned it.

Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Consumer Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.

This means you have the right to make a complaint within 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

 

You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in suitable packaging. Remember to also obtain a receipt for shipment so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

 

Privacy Policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone number, and email address.

 

We record and share the personal information that is necessary to deliver the product to you.

 

We will forward your information to Shipmondo and GLS, as we use these companies for shipping.

 

The personal data is registered with JoDis ApS and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.

In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

 

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

The data controller at jodisshoes.dk is JoDis ApS.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be the case, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were going to use it. To be able to complain, the goods or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least 1,110 kr and no more than 100,000 kr. However, for complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least 720 kr. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
